Shipment Confirmation

We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a Product ordered by you, when the Product is shipped or dispatched to you and an OTP confirmation is sent to you that the Product has been shipped or dispatched to you. 

You should expect orders submitted on the Platform to be processed within 2 (two) business days of the date of purchase. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
